B51
Crunchiest apple ever, with a sweet flavor. New variety, not named yet.
Chestnut Crab
Fabulous tasting apple. This small ruddy apple has an outstanding flavor and many loyal fans.  
Chieftain
This excellent eating apple is a cross beween Jonathan and Delicious.
Cortland
An excellent slightly tart apple which is snow white when cut. Keeps its color when sliced for salads. Cortland is also excellent for baking pies.
Haralson
One of the most versatile apples ever developed in Minnesota. Its flavor has a bit of a tang. Haralson is one of the best apples for all uses: eating, caramel apples, pies, and sauce.
HoneyCrisp
This EXPLOSIVELY CRISP apple is one of Minnesota's best. Our guests say, "Great!" as it becomes one of our most popular varieties. The only thing better than the flavor is "Pick-Your-Own" Honeycrisp at Apple Ridge Orchard.
HoneyGold
Excellent sweet eating apple. As this apple turns yellow, you can't beat it for eating. Makes excellent pie or sauce requiring very little sugar.
Keepsake
Sweet crunchy apple with good keeping qualities.
MacIntosh
This unique aromatic apple is very good for eating fresh and cooks up quickly to a smooth sauce.
Regent
This cross between Red Delicious and Duchess is an excellent sweet eating apple.
Snow Sweet             
Sweet flavorful apple, similar to Fireside and Connell Red.
Sweet Sixteen
Excellent sweet apple with a unique nutty flavor. A favorite for fresh eating, it's good in salads or baked whole in oven or microwave too.
SweetTango      
Unique crunchy, early apple with a sweet flavor.
Wealthy
Juiciest apple you'll ever bite into. Slightly tart at early maturity; sweeter as it ripens. This is a really good apple to use for caramel apples. If you like an apple that cooks up soft in a pie or sauce, this is it.
Zestar!
The best flavored eating apple you can find! Makes excellent pies and holds its slice shape. Cut back on sugar if you like because of its sweetness. This apple has phenomenal flavor.
