Sweet Sixteen Excellent sweet apple with a unique nutty flavor.  A favorite for fresh eating, it's good in salads or baked whole in oven or microwave too.

McIntosh This unique aromatic apple is very good for eating fresh and cooks up quickly to a smooth sauce.

Cortland An excellent slightly tart apple which is snow white when cut and keeps its color when sliced for salads.  Cortland is also excellent for pies and sauce.

WealthyJuiciest apple you'll ever bite into.  Slightly tart at early maturity; sweeter as it ripens.
